Going from Office 365 personal to Business

Hey there. Im currently thinking about going from 365 personal to Business. When it gets to the "Create your business identity"part, whats making me stop it when im about to purchase it at "me@businessname.com, would my previous email being "me@Karima ben .com"be changed to the new domain name? or will i still be able to use the @Karima ben .com email for logging in to onedrive, and receiving emails in my outlook.
