Azure AD Security IP exlusion list

Question

Hi there,

I'm new to Azure Administration and still learning stuff about it.
I've been looking for a way to add IPs or IP ranges to the exclusion lists, so they do not pop up anymore in the risky users/signs in section in Azure AD Security.
For example, if there is a user login from a trusted VPN connection 111.111.111.111, I would want to exclude the IP from security alerts, since it does not pose a threat.
Should this be set up in conditional access policies, or?
