Hidden Power Settings

Can anyone help please?

I am looking to edit a couple of hidden power settings on my laptop.

I wish to enable:

Processor Idle Demote Threshold

Processor Idle Promote Threshold

This should then allow me to manage these two settings in Control Panel > Power Options > Advanced Power Settings.

Is there a way to enable these two hidden power settings please?
