    Hi there.

Are you able to know if I have 2 accounts or one?

Currently I was able to reset my ****** password.

    Hello Laris Godoy,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

We are unable to determine the issue you have encountered.

To better understand the problem, I want to ask a few questions:

    • Can you clarify, "Cannot sign in"? Please provide a photo or screenshot showing the issue, so we can better understand the situation.
    • Are you using a local account or a Microsoft one?
    • Please select "Sign-in options" under the account. Can you log in with another method?
    • Are there other administrator accounts that can be logged in to?

In the meantime, we would like you to provide us with some answers to the above questions first, so that we can provide you with a more accurate solution.

We look forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

Sheng G. - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
