Clickonce and .NET 9

Hi,

After updating our application to use .NET 9 (previously .NET framework 4.8) the clickonce application manifest creation shows error like this: "Internal error, please try again. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Cmd.exe exited with code '2'."

Is there some known issues with clickonce deployment and .NET 9?
