Shift Ribbon

Question

I have made a ribbon for an Access app, which works fine on my deskcomputer. For my tablet the ribbon is too wide. No problem because with the buttons at the beginning and the end of the ribbon I could shift the ribbon to the left and to the right.
Now I have switched to microsoft 365 and I don't see these two buttons anymore. In addition certain tabs are changed into a kind of pull down tab. If I push on such tab the tab is displayed as a pop up below the main ribbon. If I click on another button in the main ribbon, the 'pulldown ribbon' disappears. I think this is a change in Office 365 and a good solution in most cases, however not in my case. I need to have these tabs visible all the time as it contains information while working with my program.
Does anybody have the same experience and found a solution for this ???
