I dont Have any restore points
Okay, then you can perform system restore to revert the settings and files to previous state before the issue began.
1: Press win + R and type " rstrui " ,click Ok
2: Click on Next and choose the restore point that dates back when is working
3: Proceed for next steps to finish the process.
4: Restart the computer

So I was Trying to delete all my files for games and stuff and pictures and I’m new to computer so I free’d up all my storage but then nothing was working, like I cant Get settings to open or command prompt and nothing would appear or open
