I can't install Visual C++ Redistributable

I have a new NB and I can't install Visual C++ Redistributable. I downloaded the x86 and x64 versions and both stop about a third of the way through the installation.

I uninstalled using the troubleshooter tool to install and uninstall the previous version. I used sfc scannow, the result was fine. I removed the temporary downloads.

I don't know what to do anymore.

    Hello ,

    I’m here to help you in resolving your issue

    Run DISM Scan in command prompt :

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Now, try uninstalling and Reinstalling it
