Please create a Windows 11 USB setup disk using the Media Creation Tool. You'll need a USB stick of 8GB or higher capacity to create a USB setup disk. The contents of the USB stick will be erased during the disk creation process.

Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from here:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

Run MCT and create a bootable USB disk.

After creating the USB setup disk, connect it to your computer and boot from it. To do so, you may need to change the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI settings. Consult your system or motherboard manual to learn how to access the UEFI settings for your model.

On the Windows Setup language selection screen, press Shift + F10 to enter Windows RE Command Prompt.

In the Windows RE Command Prompt, run these commands:

    mbr2gpt.exe /validate /disk:1

Take a photo of the output window and post the image here. Don't quit WinRE yet.

Thanks. The OS disk is MBR but the system booted into UEFI mode.

Converting the OS disk to GPT will fix the issue.

Please open Disk Management and maximize it. Adjust the column widths in the top pane to make all the entries visible. Post a screenshot.

    Hi, This is Ramesh.

Please share the following setup log file on OneDrive (or any other host) and post the link here to help me determine why the setup failed.:

    C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log

Note: "C:$WINDOWS.~BT" is a hidden folder. To access it, press Win + R, type "C:$WINDOWS.~BT" and click OK.
