Issue with approver accesing link to approval

Question

So I created a flow that will send an approval request to one of my managers whenever someone requests PTO. They are getting the approval request through teams but when they click the link in attachments that come with the approval it says the page does not exist. I have checked and I can access the link. I have checked the approvals and they should have access to the page. I feel like there is something simple I am missing.

Per my test, I cannot reproduce your issue.

Each approver can access the item link in request emails without errors.

Please add a brand new list then create an approval flow to compare the results.
