Thank yo for the information. Just want to confirm, is the drivers that you have downloaded, and installed is from Intel? Have you uninstalled the current driver first before installing the drivers?

Also, May I ask what is the make and model of your Laptop, or your Desktop's motherboard?

Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog.

Type msinfo32 and press Enter. This opens the System Information window.

In the System Summary section, look for the following:

System Summary: View general information such as the operating system version, processor details, and installed memory (RAM)..

BaseBoard Manufacturer: This is your motherboard's manufacturer.

BaseBoard Product: This is your motherboard's model number.

Thank you for your answering. I have tried this and the wifi driver would still bug with unknown reason. Also, the first time I can solve it by uninstalling those drivers is not the golden key anymore. The method only seldomly work. I have updated the Bios, window version, and try to find out any driver I missed. However, just previous minutes ago, the driver is bug again with the bug that show one of the USB cannot be identified. I try to power off my computer and unplug all the wire connections including USB. Then, I restart my computer several times and finally the wifi driver work and the USB issue disappear. I am curious anything else I can do to ensure the wifi driver would be fine next time? Thank you again for paying time on this.

Thank you for the confirmation. Let's check that Windows doesn’t disable the Wi-Fi adapter to save power:

    Open Device Manager > Right-click Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz > Properties.

Go to the Power Management tab.

Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

Please let me know if this works for you. I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.

yes, i have updated the driver. It seems that the problem is solved by uninstalling the intel wifi driver and also the intel bluetooth driver before downloading them back. However, the wifi driver will still suddenly bug and cannot function. It is lucky that the method mentioned above is still work but would there be any suggestions to tackle this annoying wifi bug? Thank you.
