    Thanks for the clarification.

Generic network adapters are known to cause problems. They either do not work properly or cause system instability.

This is because generic adapter manufacturers do not provide updated drivers. Therefore, the system can only use outdated drivers that may have problems.

Providing compatible drivers is the responsibility of the device manufacturer.

Therefore, I always recommend using only network adapters from well-known brands. They usually provide updated drivers when they detect instability issues caused by their adapters.

Is it possible to use the laptop without the adapter temporarily to see if the system will work stably?

    Thanks for the details.

From the information in the minidumps, I see no evidence that the virtual adapters are related to the crashes, only the "Realtek USB GbE Family Controller" adapter driver. This is a third-party driver.

Is the USB adapter generic? Does it not have a manufacturer and model?

Yes I have 2 virtual ports and 1 physical one

For the Realtek GbE, I followed the instruction here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/blue-screen-error-issue-with-rtux64w10/2f59a0c2-0a45-440f-af1f-a93f87294458 so I just deleted the Realtek GbE and have it reinstalled (explaining the event 'Device deleted'

but the error is still happening. What should I do?

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The shared minidumps mention the driver "rtux64w10.sys" as the cause of the crash. My search returned that this driver belongs to a USB network adapter.

I went to the support area of the Asus website and noticed that your laptop "ROG Zephyrus G14 (2023)" only has a MediaTek wireless adapter.

Do you have a USB network adapter connected to your laptop?

If yes, what is the manufacturer and model?

Also, please share a screenshot of the network adapters in Device Manager.

    1. Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
    2. Expand "Network adapters" and take the screenshot.

Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
