Hello,
Usually, you will only see the Taskbar corner overflow menu (caret) when a notification icon has been set to hide.
You can check using option 1 in the tutorial below to make sure is Hidden icon menu turned on.

I don't have language icon in the taskbar corner and I can't change default language. Additionally, in taskbar settings section I don't have 'Taskbar Corner Overflow' section. Could you help me and tell how to add it?

Ok. I had thought you said one of the issues you were having was not having the Taskbar corner overflow menu show.
Since this is only about the language bar instead, you can double check to make sure Use the desktop language bar when it's available is turned off using an option below.

If it is, then test adding another keyboard input language like below to see if the language bar will show afterwards.

Hi Shawn,
Thanks for the advise. I found floating one, but it needs to be moved around desktop and hidden does not make change of the language easier (see screenshot 1).
I would like to have an option to change the language in the corner of the desktop, as it was previously - right next to the date & time (see 2nd screenshot attached below from my old computer).
Unchecking Use the desktop language bar when it's available should put it back on the taskbar.

Hi Shawn, thank you for tips, but unfortunately 'Hidden icon menu' is not a problem - I do have it turned on, but I still cannot see in the corner keyboard language option.
