Hi, i am using the transliterate API v3.0: (https://api.cognitive.microsofttranslator.com/transliterate?api-version=3.0)
Transliteration result for Russian name 'Александр' is weird. It is transliterated into 'alexandrovich', but according to the rules it should be 'aleksandr'
