Why cant i download windows 11 on my new pc i checked and i think i have all the requirements. Im using usb but it says that my pc does not have the requirements please help

Please ensure that the Secure boot, TPM 2.0, and UEFI-only modes are enabled in the BIOS.
If that doesn't help, use the Windows 10 USB setup disk to install Windows 10. Once Windows 10 is installed, do an in-place upgrade to Windows 11.
No i cant becouse i cant even open my pc.
