Need old email address

Question

So my Facebook got hijacked. I need to get into my old email account to see if I can reverse it. I went through the reset prompts but its been so long since I used it. I cant remember anyone who I would have emailed. Especially since I dont compose anything from this email. I remembered my old password too late. Now Im locked out. Any type of help would be greatly appreciated. I have a business Im starting and I need my account back. Thank you kindly.
