Conversation with another user does not appear..

Here is an incident I have at work: In Teams, client A has already had written conversations with client B, but the history does not appear automatically when she clicks on her name. If she types Customer B in Conversation, she can select it, but the history of previous conversations does not appear automatically. She must type some text and press ENTER for the history to appear.

Same thing for Client B, if she looks for Client A in her conversations, she cannot find her. If she types the name Client A to search for it, finds it and clicks it, the text "You are starting a new conversation. Type your first message below" appears in the middle of the page instead of the history of previous conversations. She must type and word and ENTER for the history to appear.

Client A told me that on her Iphone and her Ipad, she does not have this bug.

I renamed the \ AppData \ Roaming \ Microsoft \ Teams folder to Teams.old, but it doesn't change anything. The same problem occurs in Teams web version.

Does anyone have a solution?

    Does this issue only happen to the two users?

    Is the conversation between A and B hidden every time?

    Do the two users try in other machine and what is the result?

    Could other users’ private chat history with one of the two users show properly?

    From desktop client side, clear the client cache by deleting the content in %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams folder and update client to the latest version.

    From web client, sign in Teams client in InPrivate mode and observe the result.
