Hello! I'm Manoel Barros!
Are you in the correct user configuration menu?
Some new computers do not come with network drivers installed correctly. This can cause some errors in the Initial Configuration of the device.
You can sign in to a Local Account, and then link your Microsoft Account and add a PIN.
- Disconnect your PC from the Internet > On the screen where the error occurs, press the shortcut SHIFT + F10 to open the Command Prompt.
- Type the command below:
oobe\bypassnro
- The computer will restart.
- Configure your computer again in the Initial User Configuration > When you reach the Internet field, click on "I do not have access to the Internet".
- In the Add Account field, click on "Continue with limited configuration" > Enter your username > Continue.
- When accessing Windows, install the drivers via Windows Update. Open System Configuration > Click ''Windows Update'' > ''Check for updates''.
- Download all available updates. Click ''Advanced Options'' > ''Optional Updates'' > Select all available drivers and updates > Click ''Download and Install''.
- When you have installed all the drivers and updates, open Windows Settings > Accounts > Under Microsoft account, click Sign in > Sign in with your Account and create PIN.
