Hi Gunnar Høj,
Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.
In your description, you seem to have stopped at the “Configure Devices” page during the installation of Windows 11.
I noticed that you were patient enough to provide us with an image of the page you were on, as well as an image of the Diskpart command, so thank you for trying to make this work and for providing the image, and I understand the frustration and inconvenience of not being able to complete the installation of Windows 11 at this time.
First, we need to confirm the problem with the disk you mentioned.
In your Diskpart command, the system simply detects Disk 0.
So how many disks does your computer actually have?
Please let us know.
On the “Configuring Devices” page you mentioned, this seems to be the last step in the system's installation and configuration (OOBE).
Typically, by the time you get to this step, the system is usually done installing and is in the final stages of testing.
On one of my older computers, after I reinstalled Windows, I stayed on this page for over an hour before finalizing the configuration. (During this time the system performed more tests, such as checking for Updates)
We determined that this may be due to your network or some other reason that the system is slow in detecting progress and therefore stays on this one page.
You can try changing to another network, such as a cellular hotspot, different Wi-Fi, etc.
In addition, you can also try to skip the network connection step during the installation process.
Here are the exact steps to do so
1 Restart your computer and go to the OOBE page again
2 Configure it according to the prompts, and press “Shift + F10” (or Shift + Fn + F10) when prompted to “Connect to the network” to try to open the Command Prompt page.
3 At the command prompt, type in the following command and press enter.
OOBE\BypassNRO
4 After this, the system will automatically reboot and enter the OOBE page again.
5 Then perform the system configuration again, and in the “Connect to Network” page, select the “I do not have an Internet connection” option.
6 Follow the prompts to complete the system configuration.
At the end of the system configuration, you will be temporarily logged on to Windows using a local account.
If you wish to use a Microsoft account, you can associate your Microsoft account with your local account by right-clicking the Start button and selecting Settings>Accounts>Your info.
The steps above will determine if the problem is coming from the network.
Please let us know the result after you try it.
Also, when you created the USB system installation media, was it a system image file downloaded from the Microsoft website? Did you use media creation tool?
Please let us know.
We will determine the problem for you based on your results and some other information and provide further help.
It's my honor to provide some suggestions for you, and I hope my efforts can bring you some convenience.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards,
