Is resource Hacker a virus

Hi' i was wondering if resource hacker was a virus so i scanned it on "https://www.virustotal.com/"and it said that it had

a trojan. I searched the trojan name on the internet and most of the websites were saying that it was a malicious executable that takes online banks passwords, so is it a virus ?

    If it's the genuine Resource Hacker then it's definitely not a virus.

    Could you post a link to the VirusTotal analysis?

    If it's this file then it's just two false positives from antiviruses with a low reputation:
