I have attached a screenshot as advised.
The problem involves all Bluetooth devices. I have followed all advice I can find on the internet, and have used Windows 11 troubleshooting for Bluetooth problems. No success.
There are no error messages anywhere in Device Manager. I have tried re-installing the adaptor but that didn't solve the issue.
I am using a BT dongle. I noticed that when the dongle lit up with a blue blinking light, I had no BT connection problems, but when the dongle stopped blinking, so did the BT device connections. However, all BT devices are still showing in the Device Manager.
