    Hello! Thanks for your feedback!

Probably the Network Driver updated along with Windows and caused BSOD. What is the full model of your laptop?

    • Press WINODWS + R > Type "msinfo32" > In System Summary, send me a screenshot.

Thank you so much for your prompt and helpful response. The BSOD occurred shortly after an update. I otherwise made no changes to my device. I don't have AdGuard installed. I have installed but don't use VPN software.

    Hello! I'm Manoel Barros!

A minidump file has very little information. I found something that might help, but first answer the following questions:

    1. When did the BSOD start appearing? Was it after an update, part replacement or application installation?
    2. When did the BSOD appear? When playing heavy games, editing videos, random moments?
    3. Have you changed any parts on your computer recently?
    4. Do you have any VPN software installed?
    5. Do you use AdGuard software?
    6. Have you updated or modified your laptop's Network Driver?

The minidump points to NETIO.SYS. It is usually related to Network or VPN Driver issues. Many users reported that AdGuard and the "Use WFP Network Driver" option in AdGuard's network settings can cause this Blue Screen.

I look forward to your answers to the questions!
