    Hi Suleyman Salayev

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I understand that you are experiencing a “Too many requests” error every time you try to log in, and I understand how you feel!

The following are some of the possible causes of this problem.

    1. If you or someone else tries to log into your account multiple times, the system may temporarily lock the account to prevent potential malicious attacks.
    2. An unstable network connection may cause login requests to be sent repeatedly, triggering the system's protection mechanism.
    3. Cache or corrupted cookies in your browser may cause the login request to be sent repeatedly.
    4. If the system detects abnormal login behavior, it may temporarily restrict account access to protect your data security.

    etc.

I will give you some suggestions and troubleshooting options to hopefully solve your problem or find out what is causing it! However, this is the first time I've replied to this question, so please understand and provide more information in your reply (pictures would be great!). Thank you very much!

Option 1: Wait for a while.

Since the “Too Many Requests” error is usually triggered by frequent login requests, it is recommended that you wait for 15-30 minutes before trying to login.

Option 2: Check your internet connection.

Make sure your internet connection is stable. You can try switching to another network (e.g. mobile hotspot) to see if the problem persists.

Option 3: Clear browser cache and cookies.

In Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right corner and select “More Tools” > “Clear Browsing Data”.

Select the “Advanced” tab, check “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”, and then click ” Remove all”.

Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.

Option 4: Use Trace Free Mode.

Try logging in in Chrome's No Trace Mode to troubleshoot browser extensions or caching issues.

    Option 5: Reset your password.

If you have not successfully reset your password, try again through Microsoft's official password reset page.

    Option 6: Check account activity.

Visit the security page for your Microsoft account to check recent login activity and verify that there are no unusual login attempts.

Option 7: Since Microsoft account contains a lot of your personal information (PII), in order to avoid your privacy being leaked in public or even stolen!
