    jono,

    1. Open the Microsoft Edge browser.
    2. Go to https://www.netflix.com/
    3. Click the three dots on the edge browser, select Apps > Click Install this site as an App.
    4. Once installed, you can PIN the Netflix app to start menu or in the taskbar.

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

I understand that you are experiencing error 0x80073CF3 when downloading Netflix from the Microsoft Store.

You can try a few troubleshooting steps and see if that resolves the issue.

Option 1. Reset Microsoft Store cache.

    a. Click Windows + R key, type wsreset.exe and click ok.

    b. A command prompt window will appear and closes itself.

    c. Download the app.

    Option 2. Flush DNS Cache.

    a. Open Command Prompt as Administrator. Execute the commands one by one and click enter for each command.

    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns

    b. Restart your computer and install the application.

Option 3. Set up the DNS Address manually.

    1. Open the Control Panel > Select Network and Sharing center.
    2. Select Change Adapter settings.
    3. Select your Wi-Fi network and click Properties.
    4. Locate Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Click Properties.
    5. Select Use the following DNS server addresses.

change the DNS to primary 8.8.8.8 and secondary 8.8.8.4
