I've been having issues with a shared printer for quite some time now, despite trying all available options. Can someone please identify the problem and suggest a solution? Thanks in advance.

    Hello ,

I’m here to help you in resolving your issue

This error occurs when there is an issue with the shared printer's configuration or drivers.

    1: Reconnnect the Printer :-

Turn off the printer, unplug the cable from its port, wait for about 30 seconds then plug it back in and turn on the printer.

2: Restart the Print Spooler Service:-

Press Windows key + R, type services.msc and click Enter.

Find the "Print Spooler" service, right-click on it, and select "Restart".

After trying above steps, please reach out to me if you have any doubts or issues
