I am trying to install a HP smart tank 5102 wireless and my PC keeps saying it can't find it to connect

I keep trying to install a HP Smart tank5102 wireless printer and my PC says it can not find it. I just deleted all the epson wireless programs so I know my wifi is working and printer is flashing the wifi emblem. It wont even let me add a printer in my device manager

    How are you trying to install the printer? Is the printer connected to your router?

    You can use the HP Smart App too manage this See -

    You could alternatively check/set the WiFi connection manually.

    Printers with a touchscreen control panel: Open the Setup, Network, or Wireless settings menu, select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then follow the instructions to select the network name and enter the password.
