recording a meeting with video

Question

I would like to record a Teams meeting with 3 participants and video on. The call will be a conversation between two of the participants and the third as the moderator. I would like the recording to have the moderator recorded for a short period of time and then for their video to be turned off and not have them visible on the recording. Can only the other two participants be displayed on a split screen on the recording?

Two persons cannot share a screen at the same time
