I press windows k and do wireless display from laptop via wifi to my tcl 98 google tv,
problem is that my bluetooth usb mouse lags on tv,
what can be done about a solution to this?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.
Since you are screencasting via Wi-Fi, it is likely that the latency is caused by the wireless connections, as the mouse input has to be sent to the computer via Bluetooth and the screen is transmitted to the TV via Wi-Fi.
Does the phenomenon always occur when you try to do so, or it only occur after a certain event (like installing an update or installing certain applications)?
If it always happen, try connecting the computer to the TV via HDMI cable, and use a wired USB mouse, and see whether the issue still occurs.
