To change the text size in the taskbar, follow these steps:
Method 1: Adjust Display Scaling
- Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
- Scroll down to Scale and layout.
- Change the Scale to 100%, 125%, or 150% to adjust the text and UI size, including the taskbar.
- Click Apply. You may need to sign out and back in.
Method 2: Adjust Text Size
- Press Windows + I to open Settings.
- Go to Ease of Access > Display.
- Use the slider under Make text bigger to adjust text size across the system, including the taskbar.
- Click Apply.
Method 3: Advanced (Registry Edit)
- Press Windows + R, type regedit, and hit Enter.
- Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop- Adjust the FontSmoothing settings if needed.
- Restart your computer to apply changes.
