windows not activated

i did an update on my system and after the update i noticed a text on the lower right side of my screen saying that i needed to activate windows.

i have been using this laptop for 2-3 months and when i first got it i used to product" Windows 11 Pro "

i threw away the activation key after using it as i just used the key to activate my windows thus making it null.

Now this pop up wont leave my screen and i cannot find any solution to my problem

this is the update that took place today :

Where did you get your Windows 11 licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog
