Hi
My authenticator app has somehow glitched and won't let provide me the access codes to get into my personal email accounts. One of the accounts is also shaded grey so I decided to reinstall the app to start the whole procedure again. Now when I am trying to log into my main email account authenticator keeps taking me to the original screen asking for a code when I don't even have one.
How do I reset this because I can't seem to be able to log into any of my accounts now,
