Dear Boghean Valy!

Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I read your question and I understand that you cannot download Minecraft and Xbox applications normally. The problem you encountered may be related to the network. First, please check the network and proxy settings:

Try to change a network, and then check whether you can enter the Microsoft Store normally.

Check whether the network proxy or other VPN software is turned on, which will also cause the network to be unable to connect to the Microsoft server normally.

If it is not related to the network, we can also try to create a new user account in Windows, and then check whether the software and updates can be downloaded in the Microsoft Store in the new user account.

To do so, right-click Start->Terminal/PowerShell/Command prompt (Admin), and enter the following commands:

net user user1 pass1 /add

net localgroup administrators user1 /add

(Substitute "user1" and "pass1" with the username and password of the new user.)

After creating the user, reboot the computer, select the new user, and log in. See whether the issue persists.

After that, according to feedback from other users in the community, the problem of not being able to download and update seems to be related to the Windows App SDK update.

(Portuguese page, you may need to use a translation tool to read the page)

If the above steps still cannot solve your problem, you may need to use an ISO image to overwrite the installation.

Disclaimer: It is recommended that you can repair the system directly through the ISO file. This is not a reinstallation of the system. It will repair your system and will not delete files or applications. However, if there is important data on the computer, we still recommend backing it up in advance.

Once the backup is completed, follow the steps in the guide below:

Visit the site below and click Download the installation media creation tool.

  • Download Windows 10 Download your installation media creation tool.
  • After the download is complete, select Run now, and then select Download ISO
  • When the ISO file is downloaded, double-click it to open it and run setup.exe (and the .exe needs to turn on the option to show file extensions.)
  • On the "Get updates, drivers, and optional features" page, select "Not now".
  • Next step Confirm your files and applications. The settings are kept. It will also show you the version of Windows it will install.

If you are asked to enter a key, it means that the ISO you downloaded does not match your current system version.

  • On the "Choose what to keep" page, select "Keep files and applications".

-Click Install to start lossless repair.

I hope above information can help you. If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know. Tell me the results. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

In this special season, I wish you all the best—may your holiday be merry and bright! Merry Christmas!
