Hi. I am new with Hyper-V, and I've encountered login troubles. I have a laptop with Windows 10 for Workstations; there I have created a VM with Windows 10 Pro under my work account. When I am running VM in normal mode, I have no problems; but, when I switch to enhanced session, the VM prompts me to enter password. I am using the password for the business account that I used when I was installing OS on the VM, but it does not work. On the logon screen, there is one more user "Other user". I tried all my accounts and passwords I have ever had, but everything unsuccessful. Please, may anyone explain what settings to change? Step by step please.

Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

The account when you use to log in the VM should be the administrator account when setting up the VM system.

When we installing the OS on the VM, we are prompted to enter the account and password and generally with three questions in case we forget the password.

If you know the account and password, while failed to login the VM, please try to use the following format:

    .\Administrator(or your account)
    password

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne
