I watch videos in tne Chrome browser and on Youtube. I also download videos to watch - I'm using the default Windows video player. All this started out of the blue - I never had a problem until about 4 weeks ago.
Where do I go to answer your two questions?
Are you watching it in a browser? Like on YouTube or some other video site?
Or did you download the video and play it locally? If so, are you using the default Windows video player, or did you install a third-party player?
Where do I go to answer your two questions? And I have not tried any troubleshooting.
Thank you for ypour help.
Hello, David Smithers
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
What app are you using to play the videos? And what format are the videos in? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps yourself? Could you give more details? We need to know more to figure out what's going on.
