Hello, and thank you for reaching out! I'm Nals, and I'll be happy to assist you today.

    1. Do you have any third-party antivirus installed?

If yes, please temporarily disable it and check if the camera starts working.

    1. Check for hidden devices in Device Manager

Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.

Click on View in the menu and select Show hidden devices.

Look under Imaging Devices, Cameras, or Other Devices to see if the camera driver is listed.

Meanwhile, please try the following steps and see if that helps

Inspect the camera lens located above your screen. Ensure that any privacy slider covering the lens is open to allow access to the webcam. Check the function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard if you find a key with a camera icon, press that key alone or with the Fn key to activate your webcam.

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it might be a driver problem. Visit the support website for your specific laptop model on the manufacturer's website(https://support.lenovo.com/us/en). Locate the download section for your model and find the latest version of the webcam drivers. Download and install these drivers following the manufacturer's instructions.

    Regards,

    Nals
