    24h2 has too many issues for Microsoft not to put 23h2 back on the site

    Microsoft provides only latest version ISO file on public website, hence you won't be able to get 23H2 ISO from there.

    If you've paid Visual Studio subscription, you can download Windows 11 23H2 ISO using that.

    My keyboard is not recognized immediately, and it goes into hibernate even though I said NEVER-EVER power off! It reboots about every 5-10 minutes. This is absurd! Please let me try Windows 23h2. I just loaded this garbage about two weeks ago, and nothing but problems after two weeks. Windows 8 was better more more stable than this ****!
