    Hello, Martin Castro3.

We appreciate you posting in Microsoft community.

Benefiting from your image, I understand that you have questions about how to Active Signal Mode to match my Desktop mode.

I'm glad to have the opportunity to help you with this issue.

I would like to explain the difference between the two for you:

Desktop mode refers to the resolution and refresh rate that Windows is currently using for this monitor, which is the monitor's native resolution and refresh rate.

Active Signal Mode refers to the resolution and refresh rate of the current signal output from the graphics card.

So you may need to change some options in your graphics card control panel.

    For Nvidia, it usually is:

In the Nvidia control panel, change the Resize and position desktop to no scaling.

In the NVIDIA control panel's “3D Settings”, click the Restore button to restore all the options settings.

Or reset the settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel, and then in the Modify Resolution section, change it to the resolution you want for your Desktop.

You may have more questions about your setup, such as refresh rate settings, etc. Feel free to share your progress here, (Picture will be good) and I'll see what else I can do to help.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards.
