That error indicates a problem with some app that is installed on your system, it is installed in the C:\Program Files\Auto-Tune Central folder.
The best option would be to completely uninstall that software, restart your PC, then download and install the latest available version of that app.

Did you find the app that is installed into that folder, and did you uninstall the app, what is the name of the app?
Yes i uninstalled it and the name is Auto-Tune Central
