Thank you for reaching out! As an Independent Advisor and fellow Microsoft user, I'm happy to assist you.

The error code 0xc000000e is a Windows boot problem that stops your computer from starting properly. It usually happens because of hardware issues or corrupted system files.

Please let me know if you have tried the methods below:

    1. Checking all cables and connections
    2. Using Windows' built-in repair tools
    3. Run Windows Startup Repair
    4. Use the System File Checker tool
    5. Reset BIOS/UEFI settings
    6. Mark the boot disk as online

7 . Perform a system restore or repair Windows installation

If these methods don't work, you may need to consider backing up your data and reinstalling Windows as a last resort. It's important to note that if you're not comfortable performing these steps, it's advisable to seek help from a professional technician
