Hello,
I have a requirement where I have a shared mailbox and I need to retrieve the emails from this shared mailbox with least possible privileges.
After retrieving the emails from this shared mailbox, I need to perform some basic operations like getting a count of unread emails in this shared mailbox, etc.
Whether this is possible to implement, if yes kindly share the steps to do it.

To use Microsoft Graph to access emails from a shared mailbox with least privileges, you need to do the following:
Register your application with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and add necessary permissions to it. The necessary permissions include "Mail.Read.Shared" and "Mail.ReadWrite.Shared".
Get an access token by authenticating your application with AAD.
Use the access token to make a request to the Graph API endpoint to retrieve the shared mailbox's messages.
Use the "mailboxSettings" query parameter to specify the shared mailbox email address.
Use the least-privileged permissions necessary to perform the desired operation. For example, if you only need to read messages, use the "Mail.Read.Shared" permission.
