Scheduled Pearson VUE exam doesn't appear in https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx

Hello,

I signed up for an exam this afternoon and received an email confirming the date and time as tomorrow. The reason for my concern is that this scheduled exam does not appear in the dashboard under the Appointments category at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx.

I would not be concerned about this issue except that I was previously scheduled for another exam this morning, but that exam appt didn't show up in the dashboard either. When it was time to take the earlier exam, the system did not recognize me as having an appointment.

Pearson VUE has advised me to contact Microsoft to troubleshoot the issue on our side. Shouldn't my newly scheduled exam show up in the dashboard at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx? Its been a couple of hours since I signed up and it still doesn't appear. The exam is for MD-101.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
