Bluetooth device problem

I have my Bluetooth device and couldn't connect to it , I tried to fix it , no way , I tried to remove it but I couldn't and i don't know what I suppose to do

    Did you installed correct latest bluetooth device driver.

    Also did you enabled allow other devices to connect.

    Also enable privacy settings allow bluetooth
