Subject: Help needed to fix sound issues in Windows

Summary:

I am having sound issues on my Windows device. The sound is not working. I have already checked basic settings like volume, device connections, and audio output device, but the problem still persists. Troubleshooting steps like restarting the computer and running the Windows Sound Troubleshooter did not resolve the issue.

Can you help me diagnose and resolve this issue?

    Hi Achraf,

I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. Looks like you're experiencing audio issue. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

Please check and follow the steps below:

    1. Update or Reinstall the Sound, video and game controllers

Please press the Windows key + X

    Then click Device manager

Kindly expand the Sound, video and game controllers

Right click and choose "Update Driver"

    Select "Search automatically for drivers"

If the issue persists Choose "Browse my computer for driver" instead

and click " Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer"

    Choose the older version.

If it will still the same, please uninstall the audio drivers and restart your device.

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

    Thank you,

    Christine L
