Trouble Accessing/Sharing Certification Transcript

I am able to access my Certification Dashboard, however, when I click on 'View Certificates' or 'View Transcript', a new tab opens with a blank white page. I have tried several browsers (Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox), cleared cache/cookies, and still am unable to see this page so that I can share it with college enrollment. Assistance is greatly appreciated, thank you.
