Try this: Rescue Files when Windows Won't Start - Microsoft Community
Recovery screen bsod(0xc0000001 and 0xc000
Basically this is my second pc it happened in timeframe of 2 hours, i dont know what im doing wrong. first one happened when i used a compressor at 2 bars to blow the dust out and when i turned the pc back on it hit the recovery screen with your pc needs to be repaired due to system not being to boot well(rselam.sys), it may be that i downloaded new drivers from official amd app which detected them and installed the correct ones, the second one on a other laptop which my dad gave me happened after i was traumatized by it and tried to create a restore point since i had issues with minecraft and some opengl missing and everywhere it said i have to update my drivers, i used geforce experience to do it, that didnt fix my issue too so i found some poeple say to use ddu to remove and reinstall drivers i didnt do it before creating the restore point bc i was scared so idk if its because of that tho. halfway through the restore point process i hit a bsod , critical_process_died, after it goes once it hits another recovery screen, with the error code 0xc0000001 , i tried to turn my pc on and off to try to enter recovery enviroment but only thing i got is fptm problem, now whenever i turn my laptop on before and after the critical proccess died it says press y to reset ftpm if you have bitlocker etc. I dont know if i have bitlocker on this laptop since i got it today, whenever i try to press f1 or f8 on both pcs to enter recovery enviroment or startup options it just goes to a new bsod that says the boot configuration data for your pc is missing or contains errors, idk what to do one was a pc one was a laptop my parents will kill me if i dont get it fixed i have one more my old laptop but wherever i read i need cd burner something and cd port on my pc and laptop to get the bootable usb drive, i have a usb and a external hard disk but i dont know if those can do the job and if they can for free please help (first is on windows 11 and second on windows 10)

2024-11-16T17:36:12+00:00 Thanks! I will be cautious about that, is there any way to check thru command prompt or to backup the files on a hard drive thru the command prompt.

Pressing "Y" to reset the fTPM, if BitLocker encryption is enabled, may cause file loss or corruption. Resetting the fTPM generates new values that BitLocker cannot recognize, thus it cannot decrypt the drive. If you do not have a backup recovery key, the system will not boot, and the data will be inaccessible.
If you are unsure whether you have the correct recovery key, it is recommended to choose "N" to retain the previous fTPM records and continue system startup.

2024-11-15T03:53:32+00:00 Hello, Aleksa Duic
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
When using compressed air to blow out dust, if anti-static measures are not taken, static electricity may be generated, causing damage to the computer's internal electronic components or system files. Dust may also be blown into more sensitive parts or interfaces, affecting the normal operation of system files such as rselam.sys. High-pressure air can also cause some hardware connections to become loose or displaced, especially critical components like memory sticks and hard drive cables, which can lead to the system failing to start properly.
Make sure the computer is completely powered off to avoid electric shock or further damage. Open the case and check if the memory sticks, hard drive, graphics card, and power cables are properly connected and if there is any dust accumulation causing a short circuit. After that, reinstall Windows. Nowadays, most computers no longer use optical drives to install the system. Using a USB flash drive or external hard drive to create a bootable installation media is the most common and convenient method. The method of installing the system via optical drive has gradually been phased out, especially in new laptops and desktops, many of which no longer come with optical drives:

For this laptop issue, if you are unsure whether BitLocker is enabled, you can try pressing the Y key to reset fTPM. If that doesn't work, reinstall Windows. You can choose to keep your files during the reinstallation.
If you really can't fix the issue, you still need to tell your parents. You can emphasize that you have tried your best to solve the problem and are willing to take responsibility. Parents usually understand. Learn from this experience and be more careful and experienced in handling computer issues in the future.
