Reset BIOS - no password

Hi, HP ENVY x360, bought pc, owner provided password doesn't work, from reading I need to reset BIOS, but this model doesn't have a CMOS battery?? Went to factory reset pc, forgot to plug in power cord, battery died during process, now pc says there is no version of windows currently on pc...

    Ah ok, so it is the BIOS message.

    This is not within the supporting scope of this forum as it is not a Microsoft or Windows issue.

    You need to contact HP support, give them that code, and they will have to validate it and help you unlock it. Us helping you would be seen as bypassing security measurement in place and it is a violation of forum code of conduct. Please do it the official way.

    Went to factory reset pc, power went out halfway through, turned back on, no os found, read have to reset bios, but model doesn't have a cmos battery. HP ENVY x360, on password screen, hit enter 3 times, message: system disabled i 45721633
