IO1 initialization failed - windows 11

My computer keeps showing a blue screen every time it starts up, and I can't access the recovery system because it restarts when I click. The only things I can access are the BIOS, the Windows memory diagnostic screen, and the screen in the image below. However, whenever I press F1 or any option that appears when I select the F8 key, the computer restarts and the error "IO1 initialization failed" appears.

I believe it might be a driver error from the AMD graphics card driver I was downloading (driver version 24.9.1). I was trying to reinstall Windows 10 from a USB drive, but it said that some files were missing on the USB drive, although I don't think that's the case. I don’t know what to do anymore.

    Hi Vivianesantos,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

Based on your description and pictures, it seems that your computer is now experiencing some malfunctions and it is not booting up correctly at the moment.

I noticed that you tried to reinstall Windows using a USB drive, thank you for your efforts to resolve this issue, your efforts deserve to be recognized and I do understand the frustration and inconvenience of not being able to boot your computer properly at the moment.

By what means did you use the USB drive? Is the USB drive selected as a boot device in the BIOS?

What method did you use to create the installation media for the USB system? Is it the official media creation tool from Microsoft?

You posted this question in the Windows 11 board and in the description you mention trying to install Windows 10. what version of the system do you wish to install at this time?

Please backup your data before reinstalling Windows.

Since you see a prompt that the USB drive is missing some content, then we suggest you, referring to the steps and links below, try to reinstall Windows by recreating a USB system installation media using the media creation tool, and then set it as the system's boot device in the BIOS.

1 Take your hard drive out of your computer and plug it into another computer, make a backup of the data in it, and once it is backed up, format it and plug it back into your computer.

2 Use a USB drive to make a system installation media, plug it into your computer, then boot up your computer, and under the guidance of the motherboard manual or device manufacturer, enter the BIOS setup page, set the system installation media (USB drive) made earlier as the boot device, and reinstall the system in this way.
