Cancel Meeting invite

Hi All

I have shared mailbox lets say sharedmailbox@Company portal .com, user1 and user2 have full access, send as permissions to this shared mailbox.
user1 has scheduled a meeting invite and when user2 is trying to cancel this meeting invite user2 is getting error you are not the host of this meeting. experts guide me on this. i have given calendar editor access to user2 for this shared mailbox.

    Hi @Roger Roger ,

    As it is hosted by the shared mailbox, then it's expected that other users could only accept or reject & delete the meeting request.
    To cancel the meeting, you should either on Outlook client or using the OWA(Open another mailbox)
