And I tried changing the default printer to a non-printing PDF printer but it didn't work .

Thank you for your message.
However, when I print now, there will be typesetting inconsistency when I convert to PDF, which is not a problem when I print directly with my previous version of ReportViewer. I can try to solve the typesetting problem, but I would like to try to remove the converting to PDF first.

I'm not sure if it can be solved using a script, it may take some time to research.
