    Dear Diane Vickery!

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

Don't worry, I will help you solve the problem together.

If you need to disable JavaScript to troubleshoot a problem with QuickBooks Online, here are the steps to disable JavaScript in different browsers (note that disabling JavaScript may affect the normal use of the website). Generally speaking, most users use Edge and Google Chrome (please let me know if you use another browser):

    For Google Chrome:

    Open Google Chrome.

Click the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.

    Go to "Settings".

Scroll down and click "Privacy and Security".

Under "Privacy and Security", click "Site Settings".

    Click "JavaScript".

Toggle the switch to "Blocked" to disable JavaScript.

    For Microsoft Edge:

    Open Microsoft Edge.

Click the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.

    Go to "Settings".

In the left sidebar options, click "Cookies and site permissions".

Scroll down to "JavaScript" and turn the switch off.

After disabling JavaScript, try accessing QuickBooks Online again to see if the problem is resolved. If the problem persists, or QuickBooks Online does not work properly without JavaScript, you may need to re-enable JavaScript and continue looking for other solutions.

Alternatively, you can switch to a different browser and use private mode to troubleshoot some issues with cookies and other browser extensions.

Remember to re-enable JavaScript after troubleshooting, as many websites do not work properly without JavaScript. If you are not comfortable with these steps, or they do not resolve the issue, it is best to contact QuickBooks support directly for further assistance.

I hope above information can help you. If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know. Tell me the results. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your understanding and support!

    Best regards,
